Downloading messages

You can download multiple received messages by marking the desired messages and selecting the “Download selected” option in the “Activities” menu.

Messages are marked in two ways, namely:

• manual marking – check the boxes in front of the selected messages,

• quick tagging – in the “Select” menu, select which messages you want to mark.

Once you have marked the desired messages, select “Download selected” in the “Activities” menu.
