The VEP Signature service enables the electronic signing of PDF and XML documents. When signing PDF documents, the user can choose the signature visualization position. It is also possible to turn on the verification of the fact that the signer is a representative of a legal entity. If it is, this information is added to the signature visualization.

The signature can be done through several electronic signature providers:

• Signature with digital certificates on a secure device and “soft” digital certificates of issuers included in the EU trusted list
• Qualified and advanced electronic signature through the Rekono cloud signature provider
• Qualified electronic signature through cloud signature provider HalcomOne
• Qualified electronic signature through a cloud signature provider that also offers obtaining a qualified electronic signature using remote identification in just a few minutes (ZealiD)
