Electronic delivery advice
The electronic delivery advice is a certificate of service, as specified in Article 149 of the ZPP and Article 27 of the PEPCSP (Rules on electronic operations in civil procedures). The electronic certificate is signed by the recipient with their qualified digital certificate and is equivalent to the hand signed form of the certificate.
