Electronic forms

VEP.SI forms are a service intended for submitting forms that require mutual trust and a handwritten signature.

With electronic forms, we simplify processes from filling out the forms to storage. You can fill in, send and save electronic forms and, most importantly, sign them with a signature equivalent to a handwritten one.

The process is quick and easy and meets the requirements of a high level of trust under the eIDAS regulation.

You need a qualified electronic signature certificate (digital certificate) issued by a qualified issuer of qualified digital certificates listed on a secure list with the European Commission.

Yes, forms completed, signed and sent in this way have the same legal validity as those sent by ordinary paper mail. Access to and signature of the service is based on a qualified certificate for the e-signature of qualified trust service providers in the EU, which you can check at the link .

The user who submitted the form receives a copy of the selected form in his / her secure electronic mailbox, and also receives an electronically signed confirmation of submission. A user who does not have a secure electronic mailbox is created a temporary secure electronic mailbox (VEP), where he later receives a possible response to the application. The subscriber of the form also receives the content in his secure electronic mailbox.

The service is intended for anyone who wants to digitize any document that has fields that need to be filled in or need a user signature (e.g. contracts). The service is generally intended for organizations that want to do business with their external partners electronically in a reliable and secure way.

The eobrazci.si service is intended for areas where a high level of security is required both in terms of protecting the content and the identity of the participants. The signing of the submitted forms and attachments is done in a way that ensures the equivalence of the e-signature with a handwritten signature.

The service is based on a qualified e-delivery recommended e-delivery service. Everyone who submits the form is automatically opened a secure electronic mailbox, in which they receive a confirmation of the submission of the form and receive mail from the owner of the form – for example, a decision, contract, decision.

The identity and validation of electronic signatures and stamps is verified by a qualified electronic signature and stamp verification trust service.

To use e-forms as a recipient, you need a vep.si user account and a certificate issued by a trusted provider of qualified digital certificates. You can open a vep user account on the vep.si website or simply place an order for an e-form .

The cost of making an individual form depends on the complexity. We offer standard pre-prepared forms free of charge, the production of dedicated forms is charged according to the price list. Use is also charged annually depending on the number of applications received.
